The receptionist at this clinic is EXTREMLY obnoxious and rude, and seems to have no understanding of how to treat potential clients. If this is how this particular vet condones the treatment of people, I can only imagine how they will treat your animal behind closed doors. I would NEVER bring my animal to someone who treats people like this. EVER.
