In 30 years of caring for pets, I have never had a better Vet. Dr. Kashak is kind, compassionate, and devoted to those he helps. He always gave me choices in treatments, reserving the more expensive tests and treatments as last resorts.
When it came time to put my 16 year old German Shepherd down, (after battling debilitating spinal deterioration) he actually cried with us, understanding and validating our pain over losing our baby.
Unfortunately for us, Dr. K relocated to a practice closer to his home - about 1 1/2 hour drive from us. While his replacements are good, I will never have the confidence and trust in them that I've had in my Dr. K. We miss him and are quite sad that our 3 month old "Old English Mastiff" will have to make do with without Dr. K's exceptional care.
