Everything there is great EXCEPT Dr. Gardner. Make sure to request a different vet besides her. She is rude, disrespectful and likes to accuse owners of any ailment your dog may acquire. To top it off, she owns this Banfield. Unfortunately, my partner and I are locked into this place for the next year. The rest of the staff is great (except for one very moody receptionist, but she has her ups and downs). If it was not for Dr. Gardner this place would be great.
