Care Animal Hospital

I started going to Care Animal Hospital this year. I took all of my animals there for their vaccines and any problems I was encountering. Yesterday, my English Bulldog had swallowed a rawhide bone, and was throwing up excessively, and he was working himself up so that he was getting overheated. I called Care, and they told me that I was sent a letter (which I never saw), that said I was no longer able to bring my animals there. She explained to me that it was because I was abusive to the owner. She explained he was the one who had neutered my Havanese puppy. I was in a hurry when I picked him up after surgery, as I was on my way to have oral surgery myself. II told them I was in a hurry, and they had me wait for about a half an hour. When I got Max, he was dirty, hungry, and just seemed overall in bad shape. I had my English Bulldog neutered at Animal Medical Center, as Care could not get it done when I needed it done. He was clean, happy and fed when I picked him up. I simply told the owner what I thought about this. So the owner banned me from bringing my animals there. I was shocked and appalled to hear this, and I cannot believe such a very small amount of professionalism was apparent on the part of the owner. When I was there, he was rude and arrogant with me, not at all what I would expect from a caring human being. I found an incredibly caring vet at Maplewood, and I was amazed at the difference of how my puppy and I were treated from how I was treated at Care. I also feel the same about Animal Medical Center, they were always very caring. They use the word Care, but it is not apparent in the way that they run the business.
