What an absolute horrible experience for my pet. This vet provides services to a few rescue agencies, for which I give them kudos, since I'm certain they are giving them a good deal on services.
I adopted my dog and returned him to the vet to have his stitches removed after being neutered. The doctor did not bring us into an exam room, although there was an empty on in front of us. He grabbed a pair of scissors, came to the waiting room and asked me to "hold up" my 50 pound dog. When that didn't work, he merely grabbed a syringe/needle and knocked him out.
This vet also flatly refused to fax his test information to our regular vet. They told me I could come there and buy the heartworm/flea preventative from them.
terrible customer service; the doctor has no business working with animals - no bedside manner whatsoever.
