Unfriendly customer service. Didn't seem to want to put in effort to help us with our dog or cat. They acted annoyed at our questions and made us feel that they were stupid ones. We took our dog there 4 times and our cat twice before we decided to change vets.

I took my puppy (not quite 8 weeks) for his first distemper and now he has a lumps on his back/neck ans wimpers every time he moves. I am finding out now that he was too young. Also the Dr didnt believe that was such a thing as a blockhead lab. He went there when we got him a week ago and just got an examination. We were told that when we returned for his shot we wouldnt be charged again for the exam but we were and they plan on charging us again for an exam the next two times he has to go. That's if he makes it though this shot.
