I adopted my cat here for a fee around 90 dollars which was to include several vaccinations as well as the cost of spaying. However, when i took her in to be spayed, i was charged an insane 20 DOLLARS just for the cone they put on her head. Regardless, i picked up my cat the following day and although she looked fine things were much different when i got her home. I noticed she could hardly walk, was dragging her back leg and seemed to be in severe pain. I called the office, not only were they NOT helpful what-so-ever, they jumped on the defense making it seem as if i blamed them for her injury. They told me i could bring her in but i would still be charged an office visit. I called later that day and the lady on the phone was unprofessional and didn't offer any compassion. When i asked when i could bring her in, she told me "OH, YOU HAVE TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT FOR THAT!! AND ITS AN 18 DOLLAR OFFICE VISIT FEE". (different from what the first lady earlier in the day stated who claimed i could bring her in at anytime and the office visit was 16 dollars) I decided to take her somewhere else to find out what was wrong with her leg. Come to find out, after the new vet i visited called hamilton ave. animal hospital, the office calmly said "oh, i gave her rabies shot in the leg". Although i requested the shot, when i called to see what might be wrong with her NO ONE FROM THIS OFFICE TOLD ME THAT HER PAIN COULD BE DUE TO THE FACT THAT THEY GAVE HER SHOT IN HER LEG MUSCLE. Instead they just gave me a bad attitude. I would rather pay fifty dollars per office call somewhere else than have to deal with anyone from this office. I will never take my pet to this vets office ever again.

Avoid this animal hospital at all costs. I took my cat to this hospital with a UTI (bladder infection). My cat was less than 4 years old. They recommended antibotics and a blood test to make sure her liver and kidneys were fine. In the middle of the blood test we heard the doctor yell "oh shit" and heard a big bang. A few minutes later the doctor came out and said my cat bit her. She said after my cat bit her that she could not provide any further medical treatment. She was concerned about rabies even though the cat had a active rabies shot and never went outside the house. She asked me to go to a waiting room and they would bring our cat in. After 5 minutes I went looking for our cat and I found a technician who handed my cat to me. My cat was DEAD. They said another vet would be in to explain what happened. When the other vet showed up the first thing he said was " I have to cut your cats head off" no explanation about what happened. My health 4 year old cat is now dead. You can make your decision if you should take your animal there but I would NEVER take a animal to this hospital under any circumstances.
