Terrible experience.
Took our puppy in for neutering. Had to wait an hour just to get him signed in (and it was NOT busy). They told us to come back the next night to pick him up. When I did, they looked at me like I was an idiot and said to come back the following night to get him.
Prior to surgery, we called and asked them to check his teeth on the recommendation of another vet. They forgot...and no apology was given. No offer was made to do so...
No instruction was given after the fact. Do we have to take him in to remove stitches??? Don't know...that wasn't discussed with us.
DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE.
The staff was grossly incompetent. We will go back to our normal vet (who is 3 times more expensive) within the week to make sure they didn't botch anything up and to get our questions answered (and have the tooth checked out). I guess you get what you pay for...
