We took our dog here after hours. Some neighbors’ pit-bull attacked our dog, a 6 lb rat terrier. “Little Joe” was crying loudly and could not walk. This was the first place we found. We had to pay a deposit of $500 before they would do anything. We left our house so fast that I didn’t get my shoes on. I wrapped "Little Joe" in a towel, got in the car and started out. My wife was writing the deposit check when I ask her to get my shoes from the car. She left her purse and checkbook on the counter in front of the “nurse”. While she was getting my shoes the "nurse" threatened to terminate treatment if we did not give her the $500 deposit immediately (4 times). “Little Joe” had to be put to sleep. The total emergency room bill was ~$750. To get our dog cremated in the next two weeks we have to pay an additional ~$250. Extremely rude, very expensive, and took forever. I will never go back there again. Get insurance for your pet.
