They seem like they probably care about the animals, but they will run up your bill, be rude, judgemental, offensive and insult you to justify their exorbitant charges. My exclusively indoor cat "was infested" and required treatment. We HAVE NEVER seen a flea and could not even find flea dirt when we got her back. Maybe the reason that they are rarely busy and can see you immediately is because they run their clients off with the mistreatment that they give their clients. I have been there 3 times and never seen more than 2 total people there ever! A word of advice: If you want to educate someone about a health issue, you should not be condescending and rude in order to bring about a change in the behavior. These people give vets a bad name! BEWARE!
