I payed for the full insurance program for my new puppy (Lab)
She had better health insurance than I did at the time.
I called to ask them when she was due for her next vaccine and they
told me that she had missed them and that they had called and left a message that she was due.
I have never had a call from them to date and today they said the same thing about her worming exam.
Two times now they say that they called and that becuse I had missed the apointment there would be an extra charge.
I live about five miles away from the clinic and go by there often on the way to Costco.... I would never miss an apointment for my baby she is everything to me.
Young girls run the desk and say that they call you when in fact they do not.
I will go ealsewhere for her health care.

Update on no calls...
I went in on May 6th for vaccines I missed and they were going to charge me $68 due to the missed apointments plus said that I would be charged the next time I broght Shasta in.
Well.. I only use a cell phone for all my calls so I went to the AT&T site and got a print out of all incomming and outgoing calls to my phone on the dates in question.....No charge plus I had them credit me 14.75 for the last visit. Keep on your toes.
