Dr. Kristyn Kuppek was born and raised in Montreal, Canada. She moved to Grenada to attend veterinary school at St. George’s University then completed her clinical year of studies at Cornell University and graduated in 2017. After getting a taste of the warm weather and sunshine in the Caribbean she decided to move to Southern California with her Grenadian pothound dog, Lucy, to start her career as a veterinarian. She worked at a multi doctor clinic as a small animal general practitioner for 6 years in Irvine. Dr. Kuppek’s special interests include preventative care, surgery, urgent care and dermatology. When she’s not working with BetterVet, she enjoys hiking, cooking, gardening, traveling and spending time at the beach with her husband and their dogs, Lucy and Byron. She is excited to meet you and your fur babies!
