Awesome care and professional treatment!

We have been looking for a home vet for our very skittish cats for a long time, and we are so glad to have found BetterVet Chicago. Dr. Rives and her assistant Rebecca were absolutely wonderful! They were very patient, understanding (our poor cats kept trying to flee), and knowledgeable. They readily had recommendations for other home vet technicians (e.g., dental care) as well as resources to help de-chonk our cats, which I was thankful for. I also appreciated that they followed up with us a week after the visit to ensure our cats were still doing well! We'll definitely use their home vet services again in the future!

Dr. Posey and Jen were fantastic. they have been to see both of our dogs now and were so patient. Would happily recommend their service to anyone in need.

Dr. Kiefer was great with my Bella even when she was terrified with the vaccines, he helps her and he was lovely with her. Thanks Dr. Kiefer!

They were amazing! Set up to get my pup her first visit and rabies shot bc she gets bad anxiety in the car, they came and treated her so well and patient! She didn’t seem bothered at all, and was even walking to them at the end of the visit! Also gave me so much information on the next year of my pups life, so well worth it!

Wonderful experience to have the vet and the nurse come to our home and examine our cat! The way very professional, it was easy to set up the appointment, arrange for payment and everything was super convenient! Our cat loved them too!
